My name is Mike Godina and I like a lot of people hated working at 3 jobs to get by. In this economy I faced a lot of hardships and financial instability working for other people. I grew up in the Chicago land area with a passion for food and hospitality! After high school I attended and graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Restaurant Management. With about 15 years of restaurant experience I finally decided that it was time to take that leap into the unknown and become my own boss.
I quit all my jobs and with the help of a few family members purchased an old Hostess Bakery truck at an auction in Chicago, Illinois. After pulling together as many credit cards and small loans as possible I fabricated an old bakery truck into a super efficient food truck specializing in Gourmet Quesadillas and Hot Dogs!
I could not be happier with my life choice as now I make the business decisions and choose when I want to work and determine how much I want to make. Things are finally going in the direction I want and the only think I am mad about is that I didn’t start when I was younger. I have helped multiple people with their own food trucks and am proud to be a part of this movement. If you have any questions or are interested in starting your own business please don’t hesitate to contact me.
